Delivery


Do I have to be based in the UK to buy products from your e-shop?

No, of course not, all the beautiful things you see on the website are available for delivery in the following countries:

  • UK: including Channel Islands, Isle of Man.
  • Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City.

How much will my delivery cost?

Well that very much depends on where you live. We love customers choosing our products, and hence do our very best to keep shipping charges as low as possible.

UK: £6.00, 1-2 working days
Rest of the EU: £13, 3-5 working days
USA and Canada: £20, 7-10 working days
Rest of the world: £25, 7-10 working days

If you live in a country outside the EU you may be asked to pay import duty on your Harley Boden purchase. Unfortunately these can vary greatly, and hence we are unable to cover this if so. Please take a look at our Terms & Conditions for further details.


Payment


How can I pay for the items I find on the website?

We accept Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are securely processed through PayPal – you don’t need an account, just simply add an item to your shopping basket and follow the instructions through the check out.


Is my payment secure?

We handle all our card transactions through PayPal who operate an absolute guarded system. Please take a look at our Privacy Policy for more information.


Returns & Exchanges


What is your returns policy?

When something is hand finished we believe it to be a joy both to use and to look at. However if your item isn’t quite right & if you want to return any of the items you have purchased for any reason, you can do so within 28 days of purchase.

We will give you full refund, or are happy to exchange it for something more suitable. Alas we cannot refund the original postage, but if you would like to choose something else from our online collection we will send this out to you free of charge. If it’s a refund you are after this will have to be made onto the original card used for the purchase.

We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you look after, wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any breakages.


How do I return something for refund or exchange?

If you have your eye on another item on the website and would like an exchange, please  drop us an email at info@harleyboden.com and give us the name of the replacement item. It would also be very helpful to know the reason for the return.

Customers that have their orders shipped to Europe (including Ireland), USA and Australia, can return their unwanted item by post, within 28 days of despatch. The ceramic  item must be returned in a saleable condition with the dispatch note as proof of purchase.

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

No one likes waiting around for things, so we will aim to process your return as soon as possible upon receiving your package. However our studio gets very busy at times, so we ask you to give us a maximum turnaround of 28 days.
