Standard shipping - 0.8 kg – 1.2 kg £8.00
UK Large Parcel - 1.3 kg – 4.0 kg £15.00
Standard European - 0.0 kg – 0.6 kg £8.00
Medium European Parcel - 0.8 kg – 1.5 kg £13.00
Large European Parcel - 1.6 kg – 5.0 kg £18.00
With an estimated 3 –7 working days for delivery.
USA & Rest of the World
Flat rate of £23.50 with an estimated 4 – 10 working days for delivery.
On average a cup and saucer weighs 225g and a mug is 180g. Shipping will be added to your final invoice.
What happens if I'm not in to receive my order?
All deliveries require a signature, if you're not in the postman will leave a little card in your letterbox with details of how to collect your package or rearrange a delivery.
How long do I have to wait to receive my order?
For the UK including Channel Islands,& Isle of Man you can expect your goods to arrive 1-3 working days after the confirmation email.

Do I have to be based in the UK to purchase from your e-shop?
No, of course not, all the beautiful things you see on my website are available for delivery worldwide.
How do I pay for my item?
The site accepts Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are securely processed through PayPal or Shopify – you don’t need an account, just simply add an item to your shopping basket and follow the instructions through the check out.
If you do not want to make a payment using this method, please send us an email and we can discuss alternative payments.
What is your returns policy?
When something is hand finished we believe it to be a joy both to use and to look at. However if your item isn’t quite right & if you want to return any of the items you have purchased for any reason, you can do so within 28 days of purchase. We will happily to exchange it for something more suitable or offer you a credit note.
Alas, we cannot refund the original postage, but if you would like to choose something else from our online collection we will send this out to you free of charge.
We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you look after, wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any breakages.
How do I return something for an exchange or a refund?
If you have your eye on another item on the website and would like an exchange, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and give the name of the replacement item.
It would also be very helpful to know the reason for the return.
Customers that have their orders shipped to Europe (including Ireland), USA and Australia, can return their unwanted item by post, within 28 days of despatch.
The ceramic item must be returned in a saleable condition with the dispatch note as proof of purchase. Please do to notify us if you are returning an item, package it up and send to:
How long will it take to process my return?
No one likes waiting around for things, so we aim to process your return as soon as possible upon receiving your package. However the studio gets very busy at times, so we ask you to give me a maximum turnaround of 28 days.
