'Nature, craftsmanship, encounters' became the framework for Lallier's Réflexions collection. I conducted ambassador interviews that captured the relationship between winemaker and wine. Technical champagne-making processes transformed into stories about capturing 'nature in motion.' Each interview revealed how changing harvest conditions shaped the Réflexion expression - giving journalists real stories, not just vintage reports.

I developed key messages that positioned the collection as responsive craftsmanship rather than rigid tradition.
